Dr. Shalini Gupta is among Delhi's most experienced and trusted ophthalmologists, with a career spanning nearly three decades. She completed her MBBS and MD in Ophthalmology from the RP Centre for Ophthalmic Sciences, AIIMS New Delhi — India's foremost centre for eye care training — followed by her Senior Residency at Moolchand Hospital, Delhi, completed July 1996.

On 23 June 1997, Dr. Gupta joined Shroff Eye Centre as Consultant with the Cataract & Intraocular Lens Service, performing advanced microincision phacoemulsification surgery. She simultaneously serves as Head of Department (HOD) – Ophthalmology at Aarogya Hospital for over 10 years.
